Mad Cow

Mad Cow has been discovered in a young bull in the Dresden area. Said cow is a loner, angry at the world and likely to stampede at any given moment. The bovine in question escaped confinement and was last seen heading for the county line. If seen, do not try to apprehend, rather call the proper authorities. Any attempts to milk this animal will be done at great personal risk and peril.
